I visited each student's home on Sunday May 3. We are working on an expository essay in English. Each student was given an animal to research. I have been making instructional videos daily, and they are researching their animal for the final report. I dropped off an art project to go with the report- stay tuned for the final projects!

We have been studying Parish life in Religion. The students have learned about the many different roles Priests, Deacons and laypeople serve in the church. Each student wrote a letter to Deacon Bob or Father Tom about their role in our Parish. They even wrote back!
Each day the students read a chapter either on their own or on Zoom with me. I send slides with reading skills and strategies for them to complete.
The third grade has become very proficient in making, editing, and sharing all types of projects on Google Slides.
