The application process for EdChoice Expansion is now open.  EdChoice Expansion is a scholarship offered by the Government for families who qualify for tuition assistance.  The income eligibility rates have increased, so please refer to the Income Verification chart found on the website (http://education.ohio.gov/Topics/Other-Resources/Scholarships/EdChoice-Scholarship-Program) to see if your family can qualify for this scholarship.

 

The process to apply:

·      Register at St. Brendan School for the 2021-2022 school year. 

·      Complete the EdChoice Request Form along with the Income Verification form.  The application is submitted to the St. Brendan School office and then mailed to the EdChoice Office from St. Brendan. 

·      Submit the Income Verification form to the school office or mail it to the EdChoice Office on your own with the requested supporting documentation. 

·      If you would like for the documents to be sent together, from the school office, please submit both the request form & income verification and the information will be mailed together from the school office.
