NATIONAL EUCHARISTIC REVIVAL
The mission of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to initiate this revival is to renew the Church by rekindling a living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. This supports the vision of creating a movement of Catholics across the United States, healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist – and “sent out on mission” for the life of the world. The National Eucharistic Revival is a three-year process beginning on the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ, June 19, 2022 and concluding with a National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis from July 17-July 24, 2024. Diocesan and parish events are being prepared.
